On a 3 Day Focus Program, you will be able to relax, hone in, become in tune with nature, and learn about how your mind and your thoughts affect your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you. The six sessions (2 per day through 3 consecutive days) provide insightful physical and cognitive exercises, reflections, dialog, education, and observation to understand the matrix of the mind and help you understand the brain's contribution to the human condition.
