3 Day Immersion

Service Description

This 3 Day intensive program includes two 1 hour individual sessions (morning and afternoon) each day for 3 days in the same week. These sessions work to target specific anxieties and/or philosophical impasses that are damaging your self esteem and depleting your sense of happiness and fulfillment. You will be assigned individualized homework in between sessions so that at the end of the Immersion, you will come out with a clear understanding of the thoughts and beliefs that hold you back, an ability to be emotionally flexible and free, and a new paradigm of the world and your true awesome self.
